Founded by Jason"Jay"Phillips is a marketing and management consultant for artists, musicians, and their brands. During his career in the entertainment industry that has spanned over 20 years, Jay has worked with major label record companies (Def jam /Atlantic, Epic/Sony), self-starter indies , and as an artist manager. His experience has been honed by building multimillion-dollar artist brands, managing global marketing departments, creating game-changing digital media strategies, and by initiating non-traditional, integrated marketing campaigns. In turn, he has helped to guide and advance the careers of some of the most well-known talent in the business. He has also produced performances at major live events, including solo concert tours and media events such as the Live Performance, Honors and Great Performances. In 2003, Jay established Party Starz Entertainment as a consulting company, providing marketing services and strategic advice for music artists in all aspects of their careers: from product development to digital media management; from online promotional content creation to sales/distribution programs; from video production to public relations; from creative and visual design to regional and national touring initiatives.

Her experience has afforded her the opportunity to work with various corporate and non-profit organizations such as Maserati, Nike, G5ive-Houston, GTV Vodka, Nike south beach foundation, C.A.T.C.H 84 foundation , James Jones Foundation , Broward Sheriff office , Vitas and many more. She has worked with various artist and athletes in all aspects including but not limited to booking branding, Public relations, marketing, press release, release party planning/ organization, Nielsen BDS registration, and endorsement and performance contract negotiations .
